What is a Web Portal?
A Web Portal is an extension of your ENROLpro system that gives live access to other users. Users will have limited access to specific areas via a web site, any where/any time. Data inputted from the web portal will automatically update ENROLpro and vice versa.
The following Portals are available for ENROLpro:
- WEB-1-PRE-ENROLMENT PORTAL: Link your "Contact us" web page to ENROLpro's Marketing section.
- WEB-2-ENROLMENT PORTAL: Link your "Enrol Now" web page to ENROLpro's enrolment section.
- WEB-3-TUTORS PORTAL: Tutors login via a web page to view students in their class(es). Update daily attendance and academic records. Update Log Book data with Follow Up.
- WEB-4-SALES PORTAL: Add/Edit enquiries and issue Offer of Place. Access to enquiries Log Book, Follow Up and Document Centre. Add/Edit Agents and Offices for Agents. Include Agent Log Book, Document Centre and Follow Up.
- WEB-5-AGENTS PORTAL: Agents login to the portal and retrieve student's attendance, log book and progress reports.
- WEB-6-STUDENT PORTAL: Students login to the web portal and retrieve/print Record of Learning, Academic and Attendance Records.

WEB-7-EMPLOYERS PORTAL: Employers login to the web portal and retrieve/print Record of Learning, Academic and Attendance Records.
Please contact your Portal Administrator who will be able to issue a login ID and password to access your portal.
